Tomorrow is my 69th birthday!!!

AppleCider_2Today, I want to share an interesting blog article: As a nation, we’re fascinated with the concept of miraculous healing.  Presumably, this miracle can come in the form of a pill, tea or a fantastically labeled elixir of health.  Every day, millions of dollars are spent as people search for cures in the form of mystical pharmaceutical remedies that can banish all ailments and protect from disease.

Today’s Tip is about a Daily Energy Tonic you might have never thought of before… and although the 3-4 simple ingredients are needed to be raw and organic, it should be very easy to locate!  I personally have not tried it!  Sounds okay.  And for what it’s worth; here’s the link!

Two brothers in a small town had a reputation for bad behavior.  But they were rich enough to avoid the consequences all the time.  The pastor of the local church knew them well and tried to find the good in both of them, although this was next to impossible.

Suddenly one day, one of the brothers died.  The other came to the church and asked the pastor to speak at his funeral.

“To be honest, l wouldn’t know what to say,” the pastor replied.

The brother took out his checkbook.  “I’m writing you a check for $10,000 for the church renovations you’re always talking about.  All you have to do is tell everyone at the funeral that my brother was a saint.”

The pastor thought for a moment, then accepted the check.

At the funeral, the pastor stood before the townspeople who had come to see the last of one of their disliked neighbors.  “l didn’t know this man well,” he said “l do know that he cheated on his wife, and cheated everyone he did business with.  But l can say one thing about him: compared to his brother, he was a saint.”  😉

Fly Baby

Airline Goodies…

Where is the best place to sit on an airplane?  It’s not over the wing … a common myth.  The best place to sit for a smooth ride is as close to the front of the airplane as you can sit.  Airlines have known this for decades, but they don’t like saying it.  There is yet one more reason why First Class is always at the front of the airplane.

The food aboard airliners is usually not that bad.  When you think about it, how hard is it to send 200 meals that need to be reheated 7 miles up into the sky, in a tube that can barely hold them?  Airlines spend a lot of money planning meal service and menus that will please their customers.
